Curated plate walls & collected interiors
Let your walls take you somewhere.
An English garden, a Chinese courtyard, a dinner party from another century. Beautiful plates can bring a whole world into a room.
At A Place Prepared, I choose plates for their color, pattern, shape and the way they work together on a wall. Explore an arrangement I’ve already created, or commission one inspired by your space and the things you love.

A custom approach.
A favorite fabric, a piece of inherited china, or a color you keep coming back to. There are many places to begin. I take those details and use them to guide the sourcing and design of an installation for your home.
I look for pieces with beautiful decoration and distinctive shapes. Each plate is chosen with the full arrangement in mind, from the largest platter to the smallest accent.
Custom plate walls
Made for your room, from the very first plate.
Send a photo of your wall, measurements and a few inspiration images. I’ll develop the direction, source the plates and build the arrangement for your space.
You’ll see mockups along the way and can make changes before I finalize the arrangement.
